In this financial year, concluding in August 2025, JYSK has demonstrated its commitment to establishing a great workplace by securing employer awards and certifications across 21 nations, in addition to being globally recognized by Forbes as one of the ‘World’s Best Employers’.

Unprecedented number of employer awards

This marks the first occasion where such a significant number of JYSK countries have been awarded an employer accolade or certification. In 10 countries, JYSK has been honored with the ‘Top Employer’ certification, granted by the independent organization, Top Employer Institute, which evaluates companies’ HR practices and employee experiences.

In Spain, Denmark, and Finland, JYSK has received the ‘Great Place to Work’ employer certification, which is based on employee surveys and feedback, while additional JYSK countries have been awarded local certifications.
