The appointment of Katharina Hofman follows Columbus\u2019 new growth strategy, New Heights. Katharina Hofman has extensive experience in building robust HR processes, creating a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and driving successful career development programmes. Additionally, Katharina has a background as a business consultant and project manager, which means she has deep insight into how a consulting firm operates.<\/p>\n<p>Katharina Hofman looks forward to developing Columbus\u2019 People First focus and supporting the company\u2019s transformation:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI strongly believe in HR\u2019s transformative power in achieving strategic business goals and look forward to working with a leadership team that values HR\u2019s strategic mandate. She holds a MSc in Business Administration from Eberhard-Karls- Universit\u00e4t in T\u00fcbingen, Germany, and has recently completed an MA in Arts Management at City University in London.<\/p>\n<p>Katharina Hofman will be part of Columbus\u2019 Group Management team, reporting directly to CEO S\u00f8ren Krogh Knudsen, with the headquarters in Ballerup as her primary workplace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Katharina Hofman appointed Chief People Officer at Columbus.
